In March we completed our £1 million refurbishment of 76 Cannon Street, which sees another success for clients in the commercial sector. In other project news, we are delighted to have been appointed by the London Borough of Camden to complete the fit out of an existing office floor in Tavistock House, which will provide a Registry Office for the Council.

This was also an opportunity to showcase some beautiful images from our projects, including Education First, Brighton, Putney High School for Girls and The Lansdowne Club. Our halls of residence project for Education First has been shortlisted in the Building Conservation category of the RICS Awards 2018, South East. The RICS Awards recognise the most innovative projects in the region and their impact on local communities. Well done to all of the team involved.

Project News

In January, we also completed projects for Mott MacDonald and LSBU. The project for Mott MacDonald involved the refurbishment of an office space in central London, while the project for LSBU involved demolition and construction of a test cell in preparation for the Formula One Test Centre.
