Project for a new clientITC completed a fast track project for their new client, the University of the Creative Arts at their Farnham campus in Surrey. Working to a tight programme, demolition and alterations works were carried out to the ground floor structure to provide new bar facilities and cafeteria within the student refectory. With new installations of bespoke drinks and coffee bars and associated M&E alterations and installations, decoration throughout completed the project to create a contemporary and welcoming social space for UCA students. |
Project Up-dateWorking once again for Surrey County Council, a strip out and fit out project is in progress to create a new modern and more accessible library facility within the heart of Woking town centre.
Two projects are currently underway for LSBU within Caxton House at their Borough Road Building. New replacement ceilings and lighting, along with decorations and new flooring will provide upgraded facilities. Returning to London Metropolitan University, an ITC project team are carrying out a major refurbishment project to provide new teaching areas and lecture theatres. |

A 10 Year Anniversary Hat Trick
