Quality

At ITC we know that our Company depends on its people and the community within which we exist, and we have continuously strived to contribute and support our community from inception in 1992 up to the present day.

From raising money through mufti days and sponsored events, to sponsorship of young sportspeople and several placements for local students seeking work experience each year, we seek to 'give something back' in a variety of ways.

We also endeavour to support our staff in their personal causes, whether through sponsorship of charity events, giving them time to undertake personal volunteer work or assisting with registration fees for their own charity challenges.

ITC gives time too. Our staff have wrapped presents in shopping centres for the Royal Marsden, chopped trees for the BTCV, and gardened for the CHASE hospice in Guildford.

Each year we focus our Company and staff efforts on a charity chosen through nominations by our staff as a cause personal to them. In recent years these have included the Lisa Thaxter Trust, several schools, African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust and in recent years Guide Dogs UK, for who we were able to sponsor the training of 3 guide dog puppies; Archie, Jasper and Hartley.

Our current charity is Shooting Star CHASE hospice care for children and teenagers, Guildford-based, and supporting the South London, Surrey and Sussex communities, this has been our charity since 2010, and to date we have raised over £5,000 through staff activities and challenges.
