Head of Technical Support Managers
As well as my M&E Technical Support role, I am involved in various support groups within ITC covering ISO classifications and company improvement / development. As an Associate Director, I also have additional responsibility for monitoring procedures whilst out on site to ensure compliance. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, mountain biking, skiing and holidays.
After spending the week in the project management side of construction, I like to spend my spare time working ‘hands-on’ trying to complete the building work on my own house which seems never ending! When I do get time to relax, I like to get away to the Cotswolds.
Handyman / Site Foreman
I undertake delivery and servicing of site plant and equipment, as well as work as a general handyman on small works as required. Hobbies and interests include travelling worldwide and I enjoy most sports, especially motor sports. I also do my bit for the environment having recently taken up bee keeping.
Lead Site Manager
I have worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, the past 16 of which have been with ITC. Starting as a sub- contractor in 1999, I became a staff member in 2004, as Site Manager, and in more recent years as Lead Site Manager.
Senior Site Manager
I am responsible for the day to day running and co-ordination of projects on site. I enjoy family life and all that comes with it, as well as keeping fit and dog walking in my spare time.
I have worked in the construction Industry since leaving school as quantity surveyor and more recently, as a project manager taking overall responsibility for individual projects. I am also involved in support groups within ITC looking at company improvement and development. Outside of work I enjoy a challenge, recently undertaking the 24 Hour three peaks challenge. I have a passion for fast cars, mountain walks, cycling, skiing and travel.
Director & Co-Head of Projects
As a founder member and Director of ITC, I am so proud of what the Company and staff have achieved from inception and looking forward to the challenges the future brings us. Outside of work, I am a big Chelsea fan ‘come on you blues’, and still play the occasional game, ‘yes really’ then regret it afterwards. I really love and cherish my family life, and would love to find the time to do more skiing and golf.
Grzegorz (George) Bogucki
At work I’m responsible for the day to day running of the project site. Outside of work, I have a wonderful wife and little son that I enjoy spending time with.
Starting life as an apprentice carpenter straight from school, I have successfully worked in the construction industry all my life and as a Site Manager for over 15 years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling and scuba diving.

Working within the project delivery team, and sometimes leading, I have worked as a Quantity Surveyor since leaving school some 28 years ago, graduating in 1992, joining ITC Concepts almost 8 years ago. Outside of work I am a Crystal Palace season ticket holder and can be found at every home game. I also like to spend my free time enjoying my classic Mini Cooper (no BMW fakes allowed); slowly being deafened at rock concerts and enjoying time with my family.
Handyman & Supervisor
I started work with ITC over 7 years ago as an agency handyman, joining the company full time in 2012. Over the years, I’ve improved my skills enabling me to take on more responsibility, working as a site foreman and also, more recently, having gained my SMSTS qualification, as a site manager on small projects. I enjoy working with people and the day to day site challenges. In my free time, I like playing football (come on you Gunners), tennis and travelling.
I have worked in the construction industry for the past 15 years, the last two and a half of those with ITC. In this career I have carried out many projects nationwide with my carpentry-based background. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family as well as the odd game of golf.
Site Project Manager
Having worked in the industry all my life, I have continued to develop and learn and I use this experience to provide a safe and enjoyable working environment for my clients, colleagues and workforce on my projects. I have a lovely supporting family which I am very proud of.
As well as my role as Chief Surveyor, I am involved in various aspects within the company, including quality assurance, insurances, systems, and auditing. Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends, clay shooting, walking and martial arts.
Technical Support Manager
As a TSM, I offer technical support to the project construction teams and I strive to deliver a good quality services installation accompanied by a smooth commissioning and handover process. Outside of work, my hobbies/interests include; Judo, Aikido, running, cycling and camping. I am a keen DIY’er and like to take my Triumph Spitfire for a spin whenever I have some spare time.
My job role within ITC is running the ‘’in house’’ drywall and ceiling division. My varied duties include estimating, procurement and delivery of the end product. My outside interests amongst other things, include walking and supporting a couple of local animal charities.
Working at ITC I have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects coupled with a great team to work with. As they say, time flies when you are having fun with my 10th anniversary at ITC under my belt now!
I am the fourth emergency service following police, fire and ambulance. My philosophy is to do tasks once and to the best of my ability. My time is divided between work and home life and I regularly visit Ireland twice a year to visit my family. I also volunteer each month at Medway Credit Union.
I am fortunate enough to be in a position to work on a number of challenging and diverse projects for ITC. I enjoy working with the team and building up good working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. Outside of work, I love to play golf, run, snow board or ski, when I get the chance, but most of all enjoy spending time with my daughter.
As well as my Contracts Management role, outside of work I enjoy my family, and assisting my wife with promoting the Great British Shire Horse with breeding programme, showing and events.
My varied role encompasses contract management and production planning for many diverse and interesting fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout the South East. Outside of work, I have rediscovered the joy of cycling and also enjoy photography, travel and walking.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Having worked for ITC for over 6 years, a large part of my role involves the placing of orders to ensure we have the right people booked to be on site at the right time. When not at work, I love being with my family and friends and spending time horse riding.
Senior Contracts Manager
I visit all our project sites regularly, providing production-orientated support to the site teams on various projects. In my free time I maintain and ride Lambrettas, cycle road and off road bikes, and walk the dog.
As a Site Manager for ITC, I have over 15 years in the construction industry running projects in a board range of sectors and values in the London area. Outside of the working day, I enjoy motorsport, ice hockey, tennis, fishing and reading autobiographies and factual publications such as World War 2 history.
Having now worked in construction for 33 years, I have an extensive range of knowledge, successfully managing numerous projects in education, healthcare, commercial and retail sectors. My background encompasses all disciplines including estimating, surveying, contract management and commercial management. In my spare time I am a social member of the construction charity, the Lighthouse Club, taking part in cycling charity events.
Following service in the RAF, and setting up and running my own furniture installation company for 5 years, I started life in the construction industry as a tradesman in suspended ceilings and partitions. I have been a Site Manager now for over 10 years completing many and varied projects, from high end residential to colleges, to hospitals & office buildings. Away from work, I can be found following my beloved Man United, cycling with my daughter and walking the dogs over the fields.
With 10 years of work experience after graduating from university, split between the built industry and the military, I have joined ITC delivery team in the role of a Quantity Surveyor. I am responsible for the traditional quantity surveying duties including but not limited to sub-contractor procurement, project valuations and liaising with project stakeholders in a commercial capacity. Outside of work my interest include Formula 1, spending time with family and going for the occasional run.
I started work as a builder at age 17 and spent 10 years working in the construction industry in Spain before coming to the UK. It has been a great experience working as a Site Foreman at ITC and I am proud of my achievements with the company. I like to travel and enjoy the outdoors, particularly mountain walking across Europe. I also like to try new restaurants and cocktail bars.
I have worked on many projects at ITC and enjoy working with the Site Managers and other trades. I like playing football and spending time with my family.
I am an energetic and versatile Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven expertise and experience of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Property Management planned works commercial/QS processes, cost value reconciliation, procurement of right sub-contractors and final account settlements. I work effectively as a team player or a leader. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, playing cricket and spending time with my kids.
Trainee Site Manager
Having served 5 years in the military, I am excited to be starting my new role as Trainee Site Manager. Having always taken an interest in construction and the built environment, I believe that working for a reputable company like ITC, whilst studying to gain a BSc in Construction Management, will enable me to acquire the valuable skills and experience needed to reach my goal of becoming a Site Manager. Reaching my objectives will not happen overnight, but I am keen and looking forward to the challenges it will bring me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing FIFA and also socialising with friends.
As a director responsible for the delivery of projects, I enjoy liaising with clients to ensure that ITC deliver a service to the highest quality. In addition to project delivery, I am also involved in strategic groups, where we focus on areas of innovation and development within the business. Outside of work, I am an irrationally optimistic Crystal Palace fan.
I have worked in construction since I left school in various sectors, working my way up the ladder and picking up some very valuable experience due to having the opportunities to work on some really interesting and challenging projects. So I am now very excited to be entering my next chapter in my construction journey with ITC. In my private life I am very family orientated, and also enjoy my hobbies of cooking and watching as much sport as possible!

When I was younger I had ambitions of setting up and leading a successful company. As ITC turns 25 years old I am very proud of how the business has developed and our achievements. I enjoy coming to work every day; working with dynamic people and on a variety of projects. My focus now is to deliver sustainable growth for ITC, providing a secure future for the business. Out of work I like spending time with friends, watching Crystal Palace and road trips around Europe.
Assistant Technical Support Manager
After experiencing different roles within our industry, from HVAC commissioning to electrical for design, I found that becoming a Technical Support Manager was where I wanted to be. For me, construction and the built environment has always been of particular interest, and becoming a Chartered Engineer is my future goal. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with friends.
