Business Development Manager
My role involves management of ITC's growth and development strategy. This includes looking after relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and partnerships, playing an integral role in helping the company to continue growing. In my spare time, I enjoy running and have recently taken up cycling as well!
My duties include managing the estimating team, and to plan and implement strategies to ensure targets for growth and profitability in relation to estimating are met, plus of course to contribute as a board member. Outside of work, my two young sons keep me busy and out of trouble.
I am responsible for the management and preparation of analytical cost estimates from receipt of enquiry to tender submission. Beyond work, my interests include football, golf, music, socialising and holidays.
Pre-Construction Bid Manager
I am responsible for overseeing all tender submissions and the production of programmes, logistics plans and technical questions. I also play an active role in identifying risk and assessing build-ability to ensure that we can (hopefully) also build what we win! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family.
I am responsible for co-ordinating everything from tender enquiries through to our final Tender Submissions. Out of work, I love spending time with my family and going to Zumba!
Head of Pre-Construction
Steering the direction of the business via careful selection of our working sectors and the great client’s we work for is a very rewarding and fulfilling role. Out of business….My family, dog, off-road cycling and following the Harlequins rugby team occupies any other time available.
Working as an Estimator is a challenging but equally rewarding role and one that I thoroughly enjoy doing. Outside of work I enjoy coarse fishing, playing golf and spending time with my wife and daughter.
During my career in construction, I have worked in various positions and recently decided to take my first step in a slightly different direction as a Trainee Planner at ITC. Outside of work I am studying to gain my BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management and try to find a bit of spare time for my few hobbies – motorcycles, snowboarding and martial arts.
