Human Resources Manager
I'm responsible for the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment to training and employee wellbeing. My job involves ensuring ITC complies with employment laws, and making sure that everyone across the business is safe and treated fairly and equally. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family (and not forgetting our lovely cat, Como!). I also enjoy cooking, reading and co-running a Happiness & Resilience Group which helps people adopt ways of happier living.
After deciding on a career change, I went back to college to study, completing my AAT qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians) in 2014 whilst working within the busy accounts department. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and also walking.
Being responsible for ensuring we are compliant with ISO14001, 90001and BSOHSAS18001, I visit all our project sites regularly, also ensuring that we comply with H&S requirements. Outside work, I enjoy my family, theatre and walking (not necessarily in that order). Devon is my favourite county in England.
Internal Projects Manager
I carry out a varied range of tasks and projects across the company, from marketing to H/R, ISO accreditation to training. Favourite colour - all of them.
I have worked in the construction industry for most of my working life, starting off as a filing clerk! My passions are my husband, my children, my grandchildren and family. I also like cooking and a new found hobby of travelling.
Financial Controller, Company Secretary and HR Manager
Mine is a varied role, covering all aspects of the day to day running of the Accounts function within the company, Company Secretarial duties, responsible for keeping the Board of Directors under control at Board Meetings, and HR duties, responsible for the HR function within the company. Outside work I enjoy holidays, reading, fine wines and running off those calories 2 -3 times a week.
Receptionist / Administrator
I work in the Admin Department dealing with many duties throughout my day from completing and issuing TQ’s (technical queries!), site set – ups, to simple tasks of answering the phone! Outside work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, shopping and running.
I am the fourth emergency service following police, fire and ambulance. My philosophy is to do tasks once and to the best of my ability. My time is divided between work and home life and I regularly visit Ireland twice a year to visit my family. I also volunteer each month at Medway Credit Union.
Life as a Manuals Co-ordinator is indeed a journey; ensuring key deadlines are met and that we achieve our KPIs to the high standard required. It is an amazing feeling handing over each quality document on time to our clients, and often with great feedback too. Working for ITC Concepts for over 18 years has been a very enjoyable experience. It is a wonderful feeling to know that as ITC have grown from a small company to a considerably larger organisation, and I have been with them every step of the way and am looking forward to enjoying my next 18 years too!
As a Receptionist/Administrator for ITC Concepts I do a bit of everything! Answer the phones, organise the post and stationary, help organise the documentation to set up sites, aid the site managers with site documentation and snagging. I am also training to be a Manuals Coordinator, so assist with the draft, final and hard copy manuals. I am interested in music, films, socialising and I frequently go up to London for days and nights out.
My role is new to ITC, which makes it very exciting! I am responsible for coordinating the marketing, communications and PR. I have a keen interest in design, in particular graphic, architecture and interior; so I love seeing all of the amazing finished spaces we create.
Trainee Project Secretary
I work in the Admin department having previously worked in PCT for a year. I’m enjoying the new challenge and learning about the project side of life. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends, but mostly with my energetic 6 year old son!
My role involves many aspects within ITC's busy accounts department, where I enjoy working as part of the team. Outside work, I enjoy visiting historic towns and cities, and also exploring natural landscapes.
Admin Team Leader
I head up our very busy Admin department, which consists of myself, Michelle, Laura, Sophie and Charlotte. Additional responsibilities include project secretary and drawings admin, whilst also assisting Ian Conway, MD, and Neil Penn, Compliance Manager. I love singing and dancing……but don’t worry I won’t be giving up the day job!
I have worked at ITC for almost 10 years, having previously supported ITC as a consultant for over 10 years. Meeting the many and varied challenges of daily life here is never boring and certainly keeps my life interesting!
